In the realms of modern sex and intimacy, as diverse and textured as they may be, we are all craving more. A majority of us, no matter our gender identification or sexual preference, are not even sure what is missing. We just have an acute awareness that within our relationships we tolerate an unfulfilled, and often unspoken, sense of longing. We want to experience a depth of connection that is pure and unconditional. We want to unabashedly share what is true in our hearts, including our needs for space, the types of sexual nourishment we desire and any other unique personal quirk or insecurity, without being made wrong, being shamed, punished, or being told we need to change. We want sex that blows open our hearts, heals our bodies, and makes us grateful to be alive. We want to worship and be worshiped in return. We sense our intimate relationships can be more; more generous, more fiercely loving, more sacred. We also intuit we could be giving at a much more profound level, though we often don’t know how. These teachings are dedicated to showing you how.
