WEEK 4: CLARIFYING YOUR PURPOSE
In this week’s video, you will learn three fundamental practices that help you to quiet your mind and nervous system in order to align you with the question: What is your deepest purpose? Clarifying your purpose will bring more depth to your life and support you in becoming absolutely trustable in your personal relationships and the world at large.
Focus on these 3 practices throughout Week 4:
- Explore the question, “What must I do before I die?” either while journaling in solitude or with a group of men you trust.
- Explore the question, “What is the most important thing for me to be doing right now?” either while journaling in solitude or with a group of men you trust.
- Take one hour 3 times in Week 3 to sit and do nothing. Keep a journal nearby to capture anything that rises up in you that is inspiring. It might take months before something clarifies, but this is a starting point for you to feel what is wanting to come through you. You can take time during this practice to meditate on the above two questions.
