WEEK 7: MEN’S PARTNER PRACTICE
This week’s video features a three-part men’s embodiment practice that can be practiced on your own or with a partner. You’ll train your nervous system to be in relation with others for longer periods of time, even while in pain or discomfort. The essence of this practice is to connect with the depth of your own masculine, both in yourself and another, and clarifying one another’s consciousness.
Do this practice every day in Week 7; at least once with a masculine practice partner.
