Session 5: Breath Practice

PART II: This set is of practices focused on using sexual intimacy to create oneness and sexual polarity with another person.
Session 8: Presence and Devotion
Tuning into masculine presence and feminine devotion with this co-ed practice creates sensuality and deep intimacy.
Session 9: Three-Part Breath Practice
A three-part breath practice that opens the body while cultivating sexual energy. This ancient practice has been used by yogis for centuries as a foundation to sexual yoga.
Session 10: Three-Part Breath Practice with a Feminine Partner
In this session, you’ll use the three-part breath in rhythm with a feminine partner. You’ll focus on matching the breath of your partner to create a flow state of love, sexual polarity and depth.
Session 11: Men’s Partner Practice
A three-part men’s meditation that can be practiced on your own or with a partner. You’ll train your nervous system to be in relation with others for longer periods of time. The essence of this practice is to connect with the depth of your own masculine both in yourself and another.
