Meals are included with workshop tuition. You must plan to arrive on Thursday evening and depart Monday morning. We will provide additional information regarding lodging and travel options after registration. However, the venue will release our room block after April 1st, so you will be responsible for securing your own lodging on the first come, first serve basis after that.
By enrolling in the program, you agree to participate in the weekend in its entirety. In order to maintain the energetic integrity of the program, there will be no late arrivals or early departures. Because our events sell out early and require meticulous monitoring of numbers of attendees, we do not issue refunds. Instead, in the event of an emergency, please contact us ASAP, and if appropriate, we will transfer your credit to another workshop or program within the next year. Any cancellations less than 10 days prior to the event will forfeit full tuition. Thank you for your understanding.
