John brings a multi-faceted approach, which is both energetic and highly practical, to his workshops and experiential coaching sessions. John's embodiment-driven teaching draws from not only over 30 years experience of his own Buddhist meditative practice, but from 13 years intensive study and practice with renowned Yogic Intimacy teacher, David Deida. Drawing from Deida's revolutionary framework, as well as the deep lineages of Vajrayana, Tantra, Kundalini yoga, Taoist and martial arts traditions, John seeks to create a profound experience for anybody longing to deepen their experience in intimacy and embodiment.

Kendra Cunov co-founded Authentic World & Fierce Grace, as well as The Embodied Relationship Training Salon (with John Wineland), and pioneered some of the most cutting edge relation work on the planet.

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS
PROGRAM HOURS
Each program year includes 200 hours of practice and training, and can be completed as a stand-alone immersive journey. The program includes monthly 3-hour training calls, four 5-day intensives, and additional small group practice cohorts.
ASSISTANT TRAINING for Certification
Assistant training is a core tenet in strengthening and developing the nervous system capacity to lead deep work. Therefore, for those pursuing the 1000-hour teacher certification, assistant training in long term programs and live immersions is offered to accrue training hours. These opportunities will be announced as available and hours will be applied toward the program.
AREAS OF STUDY
Each month, you will be guided through one of the Areas of Study listed below. Teachings will be facilitated by John Wineland, Kendra Cunov, and Lead Trainers or Student Practitioners.
COHORTS AND PERSONAL PRACTICE
This is not a standardized group journey. This is a customized program geared toward personal journeys of growth, refinement, and transmission. At any given time, the group will be made up of multiple cohorts on individual journeys together.
Peer Reviewed certification
Those who complete 3 years and 1000 hours of training from this and other approved equivalent programs can apply for certification. The final certification process is highly rigorous and not guaranteed. It includes a peer review of your unique offering and arc of personal development. You may be asked to complete additional training in order to receive certification.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Throughout each program year, you will be given multiple opportunities to teach others and receive feedback intended to refine your skillset and deepen your impact. For certification track participants, you may be invited to teach masculine & feminine embodiment or sexual polarity practices in private and public immersions. Other teaching opportunities include weekly online practice sessions and a possibility to host small group cohorts.
