COVID-19 Protocols for In-Person Intensives

We are committed to creating the most impactful experiences possible through our in-person Intensives. We take our COVID-19 protocols very seriously, and our team actively assesses conditions around COVID-19 and CDC guidelines.

We create a "bubble" for all participants and staff attending our in-person Intensives. It is our deepest desire and intention that our "bubble" be as safe as possible so we can play full out in our practice.

In consideration of all of these factors, below you will find our most up-to-date COVID-19 Policies and Protocols:

7 DAYS PRIOR TO AN INTENSIVE

You will not be able to attend an in-person event if within 7 days prior to the start of the event you have tested positive for COVID-19.

If, within 7 days prior to the start of the event you can confirm any of the following:

  • You experience any COVID-19 symptoms (as outlined by the CDC).

  • Any member of your household develops symptoms or tests positive for COVID-19.

Email the program’s primary contact immediately. Based on information from this conversation, you may be precluded from attending the event in person.

Precautions THROUGHOUT YOUR TRAVELS

  • We encourage you to wear an N95 mask or the equivalent while traveling to the intensive by airplane and/or whenever around the public indoors. Here is a link to purchase N95 masks.

  • Immediately prior to traveling by car or sharing lodging with a participant, you must take a rapid antigen test and upload the results to a link that will be provided. Please do not email your test results.

  • We encourage you only to travel with and stay with registered program participants during Intensives. If you must travel with, or share lodging with a non-participant, they must also follow the testing protocols below.

COVID-19 Testing Before Intensives

Testing includes:

  • Within 24-36 hours prior to arrival, take a rapid antigen test and upload it to the link that will be provided in your program email. Please do not email your test results to the team.

  • You are required to bring at least 2 extra antigen test with you to the Intensive. The first one will be used if you are sharing ride sharing and lodging with others. The second rapid antigen test is taken upon entry to the venue and will be shown to the Intensive COVID team. You will be responsible for purchasing and bringing these tests.

  • If you choose, you can bring a 3rd test prior to departure. This is at your discretion.

  • If your test results are not received 24 HOURS prior to the event start time, there will be no admittance. Be sure to plan accordingly.

ADDITIONAL PROTOCOLS AND PRACTICES

  • You are welcome to wear a mask at any time.

  • You will accept full responsibility for any ensuing infections or illnesses you may have contracted during the in-person Intensive.

  • We will continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and notify you of any protocol or schedule changes as soon as possible.

  • If someone tests positive during an Intensive, they will no longer attend in person and will be invited to attend online (if there is an online element to the event). The rest of the group will be given the option to continue to participate onsite, if symptom free, or move to online participation if possible.

  • Anyone rooming with a COVID-19 positive participant must speak with the proper contact on the Intensive team to confirm protocols for next steps. Next steps may include: moving accommodations to avoid further exposure, being asked to attend online, or staying in-person and closely monitoring for symptoms.

We will continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and notify you of any protocol or schedule changes as soon as possible.
